Over the next year, life was rough. Family and friends didn’t get it and many blamed me for the ending of the relationship. I wanted so badly to tell them everything, to tell them my side. I wanted them to understand how difficult it was for me and how hard I fought for it. I wanted them to know that just as much as he loved me, I love him too…

There you were with your heart open to a girl who had decided to “close up shop” until further notice. There you were waiting in patience in the background, never pressuring me to move any faster than I felt comfortable. There you were never wavering as I felt the unstableness of my own life attacking from every side. There you were…always there.

This will probably be one of the hardest posts I'll ever have to write. I didn't plan on writing this. I didn't even think I would have much to say to you. I know that you'll probably never read this post but in case God allows it to come across your path, I want you to know how I feel.
